- 10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales with P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience in driving growth in the Specialty Pharma business.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of Institutional/hospital network dynamics.
- Strong relationships in the external market with key customers/buying groups.
