About the Role
As the Head of Strategic Insights, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of insights leads, developing innovative strategic insights and narratives, collaborating with executives and sales leadership, and driving agile delivery of insights to respond to market shifts. You will engage with C-suite audiences and create thought leadership programs that align with Google's business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business development, or consulting.
- 5 years of experience with people management and leading a business team.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and developing business strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience managing and leading large research and insights teams in complex environments.
- Experience working with Chief Experience Officers/Stakeholders on impactful thought leadership programs.
- Experience with AI, Ads, and technology innovations, translating them into insights for CXO and CMO.
- Dynamic communication skills to challenge audiences with data-driven insights.
- Ability to drive excellence in insights generation and dissemination.
