Digital Realty is seeking a Head of Identity & Access Management to join their team in various locations including Dallas, Austin, Ashburn, Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco. The role involves leading the enterprise-wide IAM vision and driving secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.
About the Role
As the Director of Identity and Access Management, you will shape and execute the enterprise IAM strategy, lead the deployment and lifecycle management of IAM platforms and services, establish IAM governance, drive Zero Trust and cloud IAM transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee IAM risk assessments, mentor a team of IAM engineers, and deliver executive-level reporting on IAM performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in IAM leadership roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in IAM technologies and protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, AD, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Proven experience with cloud-native IAM in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and audit processes.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CIAM.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, automation, and identity federation in hybrid environments.
