About the Role
As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key e-commerce customers, developing proactive success strategies, partnering with product and engineering teams, building a high-performing customer success function, and representing the voice of the customer in various forums. This foundational role requires you to shape the long-term success strategy for the company and drive customer retention and advocacy.
About You
Required:
- 6–10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or e-commerce strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or DTC context.
- Proven success managing enterprise e-commerce brands with $100M–$1B+ in GMV.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and externally.
Preferred:
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with fast-paced execution.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Deep empathy for operators, marketers, and retention teams.
- Passion for AI, marketing technology, and the future of customer communication.
