- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a multi-facility hospital business office environment.
- Post High School education.
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient billing requirements of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms.
- Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid billing processes and regulations.
