- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to understand process sketches and drawings along with selection of abrasives.
- Previous experience deburring of aircraft gears and housings.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail.
