Vapi is seeking a GTM Solutions Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves partnering with Account Executives to accelerate technical validation, solution design, and production launches of voice agents built on Vapi.
About the Role
As the founding GTM Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executives to drive adoption among Vapi's strategic customers. You will own both pre-sales discovery and post-sales implementation, ensuring customers achieve time-to-value quickly while serving as the technical face of Vapi in the field. Your responsibilities include leading project interactions, ensuring successful delivery, and capturing field feedback to influence product development.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years in solutions/sales engineering or solution architecture at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (TypeScript/Node, REST/GraphQL) and cloud platforms.
Preferred:
- Consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- CS/Engineering degree.
- Prior work with AI/voice technologies.
