About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle GTM recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation.
- Proven track record of building pipelines and managing unique multi-channel search strategies.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to define structure and prioritize.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Bay Area.
- Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent in a competitive market.
