Helix by HL is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves spearheading go-to-market marketing efforts for a generative AI platform in the alternative investment space.
About the Role
As the Head of Growth Marketing for Helix, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building out the marketing function, collaborating with Sales and Success teams, and developing innovative strategies to enhance market presence and generate leads for wealth management firms.
About You
Required:
A minimum of 7+ years in marketing, with growth experience in fintech, data tech/AI, or other translatable B2B SaaS sectors.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A local presence in the Greater New York City area, and the ability to be in person 3 days a week.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a start-up or lean agency environment where you have worn many hats.
Understanding of alternative investments and private market investments.
A general understanding of Generative AI and Large-language models.
A deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the tech industry.
