Musicow is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA. The role involves leading and executing growth marketing strategies to increase app downloads, user base, traffic, and engagement.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for owning multi-channel user acquisition and retention efforts, defining and tracking key marketing KPIs, running experiments to optimize onboarding and re-engagement strategies, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to improve app UX. You will also lead external agency management and scale the marketing team as the business grows.
About You
Required:
7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in growth or performance marketing for mobile-first/app-based platforms.
Demonstrated ability to bring entirely new products or categories to market and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Deep experience across both brand storytelling and growth/performance marketing with a clear track record of driving measurable results.
Strong content instinct and copywriting skills, able to translate complex concepts into relatable language for everyday users.
Highly analytical with hands-on experience using data and experimentation to drive marketing decisions across media channels and marketing tech tools.
Preferred:
Experience in fintech, especially with understanding of KYC processes and compliance.
Background in STO/blockchain or music/media tech platforms.
Startup experience scaling marketing teams from the ground up.
Bilingual communication skills (Korean/English) is a plus.
