About the Role
As a Growth & GTM Associate, you will run LinkedIn ad campaigns, build outbound motions, support sales enablement, and create thought leadership content. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and sales leaders, contributing to market expansion and demand generation campaigns.
About You
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or GTM-related roles (B2B startups preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill conversations into clear, engaging content.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting).
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to measure, learn, and iterate.
Preferred:
- Experience or strong interest in outbound engagement (with a marketing/growth lens vs. traditional SDR approach).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Clay, or similar.
- Bonus: experience in sustainability, climate tech, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture.
