- Proven track record in managing large teams, with experience leading over 500+ personnel.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing complex customer escalations and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with an MBA or focus in Accounting/Finance being a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, or competitor ERPs like Sage Intacct and NetSuite.
- Background in specific industries relevant to target verticals such as non-profit, construction, or real estate.
