- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of proven leadership experience managing engineering departments and new product development teams.
- Minimum 10 years engineering experience in a related field.
- Strong technical engineering knowledge and effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Project.
- Electromechanical experience.
- High-level Mechanical/Electrical aptitude.
- Working design knowledge of technologies associated with Milwaukee products.
