About the Role

You will develop and facilitate a thematic curriculum that promotes creativity and emotional growth, integrate academic subjects into lessons, and foster positive relationships with participants and staff. Additionally, you will assist with organizing events, monitor behavior, and maintain program rules.
About You
Required:
- High School/GED Diploma and at least 1 year related experience in leading youth group activities.
- Commitment to working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in arts, music, crafts, etc.
- Bilingual skills.
