Summary
FASTSIGNS® is seeking a Full-Time Graphic Production Specialist to join their team in Conroe, TX. The role involves blending creativity with technical skills to produce high-quality signage using various production machinery.
About the Role
As a Graphic Production Specialist, you will create computer-generated graphics, prepare files for print, operate and maintain production machinery, arrange design layouts, ensure quality assurance, and manage inventory and organization of work areas. You will collaborate with the sales team to modify designs based on specifications, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with various production machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to produce high-quality work.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in sign production.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design.
