About You
- Associate degree or some college coursework in education, social work, youth development, organizational leadership, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in youth programming or related areas.
- Knowledge of the Girl Scout program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and relationship-building.
- Effective classroom and group management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits

GSNEO, a charter of Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), serves 19,000 girls in grades K-12 and 9,000 adult members in Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Sandusky, Seneca, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Tuscarawas Counties. Membership is extended to girls in grades K-12 and adults ages 18 and older regardless of race, color, ethnicity, creed, national origin, socio-economic status, gender, or disability, who accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
