About the Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you will engage in a comprehensive 2-year development program that includes roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Management Officer, and Product Manager. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, managing projects, establishing project management standards, and orchestrating product development. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, continuous learning, and mentorship.
About You
Required:
- 3.3/4 GPA or higher.
- Right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in Business Analysis through internships or work experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning abilities.
Preferred:
- Background in Business or Analytical focused pathways.
- Experience with Agile Project Management.
Benefits
- Starting salary of $52,500, with potential increases after the first year.
- 12 days of PTO, increasing by one day each year up to a maximum of 15 days.
