About the Role
As a Grade Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, addressing inquiries from staff, students, and parents, monitoring grade level attendance, conducting enrollments, and assisting with daily operations. You will also update and distribute necessary forms and perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including multi-line phone systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. required.
- Must have good attention to detail and independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Preferred:
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
