About the Role
As a Government Affairs Manager, you will build relationships with local government officials and external stakeholders, conduct policy research, and execute internal and external communications strategies. You will partner with site leaders across the manufacturing network to support interactions with local government on various projects, represent the company with policymakers, and maintain databases and collateral materials.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in political science, public policy, government, or political communication.
- Seven years of experience in public policy or political roles related to economic development or government relations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Strong organizational, project management, and consultative skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with economic development, project management, and legislative tracking.
