About the Role
As a Global Quality Engineering Specialist, you will collaborate with diverse teams to support quality initiatives for new products in the automotive sector. Your responsibilities will include leading quality preparations, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing data for decision-making, and promoting continuous improvement through various quality methodologies. You will also engage with customer account teams and participate in quality audits.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Five (5) years of combined Quality Engineering, Product Engineering, and/or Manufacturing engineering experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with LEAN Six Sigma methodology and quality/statistical tools.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification such as Quality Engineer (CQE) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with automotive Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
