About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Digital Team, you will represent the LatAm and GFG segments, collaborate on product roadmaps, drive digital product adoption, write requirements, and run pilot programs. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing strategies for product awareness, and conducting market research to inform product development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American market and Global Family Group segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and increase awareness of digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the financial services industry.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
