Legrand, North America is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to join their Data Center Power & Control Division Starline Team in a remote position reporting to Canonsburg, PA. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with major global technology companies in the data center sector.
About the Role
As a Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through the promotion and delivery of Open Channel and High-Power Busway solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing global account strategies, leading commercial negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred), Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the electrical or data center industry.
- Proven ability to manage global accounts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally.
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of busway systems and data center infrastructure.
- Proven ability to develop and execute global account strategies and manage complex sales cycles.
