This hybrid role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to align HR strategies with business outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR strategies.
- Experience in Organization Design, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional global HR programs including M&A and enterprise restructuring.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business goals and objectives.
Preferred:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and responding to HR and financial metrics.
