About You
- BE/BC in Geriatric Medicine (IM or FP), Neurology, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine (IM or FP).
- Valid state medical license as MD or DO.
- Valid DEA certificate.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adults.
- Experience or interest in working with Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for the unique needs of older adults and their care partners.
