Summary
Waterlily is seeking a Generalist to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning and scaling mission-critical operations within customer support, sales, marketing, and general operations management, leveraging automation and innovative strategies.
About the Role
As a Generalist, you will be responsible for driving 10x value by innovating new strategies that leverage automation, LLMs, and offshoring. You will manage a team of over 40 individuals in the Philippines, collaborate on new ideas, and implement quickly to test and iterate. Your mission includes enhancing customer success, executing marketing and sales operations, automating processes, and crafting high-quality communications.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise relationships.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships.
- Track record of improving team efficiency through process innovation and automation.
- History of taking initiative and driving results without extensive oversight.
- Comfort with technical concepts and ability to do light scripting/automation.
Preferred:
- Voracious learner with a passion for rapidly learning about new industries.
- Highly motivated self-starter ready to take initiative.
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier and Airtable.
- Strong skills in creating and tuning GenAI prompts.
