About the Role
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various manufacturing tasks that add value to the production of dairy products. Your work will include operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will work on the 3rd shift from 9:15 PM to 5:45 AM, with potential training on all shifts during the probationary period.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience and/or certification.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Self-reliant and able to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Effective communication skills to report work order progress.
- Customer-focused and able to work in a collaborative team.
- Flexibility in work performed and schedule.
- Knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.
