About the Role
As a General Inpatient Orthopedic Surgery ACNP/PA, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, support resident learners, and participate in daily patient management, care coordination, and discharge planning. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required at this time.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited PA program or Acute Care NP program.
- Current licensure in the District of Columbia (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Experienced Orthopaedic APPs preferred – new graduates can apply.
- Confident in managing post-surgical ortho patients in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborative and eager to work as part of a high-performing team.
