About the Role
As a Futures Support Specialist, you will serve as the point of contact for client inquiries during evening and weekend hours, assist customers with account access and trade inquiries, log and escalate client issues, monitor order flow and clearing activity, support electronic trading platforms, and participate in overnight surveillance procedures. You will also process new account documentation and assist with internal onboarding workflows.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in the futures, derivatives, or financial-services industry.
- Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, FCM operations, or clearing processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of risk management and trade-support systems.
