About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- 4+ years of relevant Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel (pivots), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- CPA certification.
- Knowledge of Investment Company Accounting (ASC 946) and US GAAP.
- Experience with governing documents such as LPAs and Advisory Agreements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting/audit of private equity funds.
