About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass Pennsylvania background check and FBI background check, if needed.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (1 year of experience preferred).
- Ability to pass online competency exam or provide current CNA certification.

Our Caregivers All caregivers are employees of the agency. We only employ dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals. Each caregiver goes through an extensive screening process, including a criminal background check, driving record check, training, tuberculosis test, and a thorough reference check. Our caregivers are bonded, insured, and covered under the agencies worker's compensation policy.
