Summary
Allied Digestive Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Monmouth Gastroenterology in Oakhurst, NJ. The role involves managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients.
About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing health status, diagnosing conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient status in collaboration with other health care team members. This position includes both inpatient and outpatient duties.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Current CDS certificate.
- At least 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of pertinent medical and drug information necessary to examine and treat gastroenterology patients.
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Exemplary patient service skills and respectfulness.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Electronic medical records, MS Office.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA Laws.
