About the Role
As a Full-Time Investment Banking Associate, you will work closely with senior bankers, providing analytical, quantitative, and process support. Your responsibilities will include preparing pitch books, drafting marketing materials, building financial models, conducting market research, managing deliverables, training junior analysts, and participating in M&A and financing transactions. The role will also require travel to client offices and site visits.
About You
Required:
- 3 to 5 years of prior full-time work experience in investment banking or a related field.
- Superior academic record in finance, economics, accounting, ag economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fundamental knowledge in finance and accounting concepts.
- Highly motivated team player who can excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
- Personal responsibility for productivity, quality, and timeliness of work.
- FINRA licensing or must be obtained upon hire.
