About the Role
As a Floating Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one therapy sessions, collect and analyze behavioral data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You will also engage in ongoing professional development and have guaranteed evening sessions, with a flexible schedule adapting to client needs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- TB Test and Background Check clearance required
- Valid driving license is essential (car required)
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- ABA experience or childcare experience
- Interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
