About the Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and maintainable solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating with a team to rapidly prototype and iterate on new features. You will also manage a team in the Philippines and focus on process innovation to improve development speed and cost-effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver full-stack projects end-to-end.
- Experience with modern web development frameworks and cloud architecture.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Python for ML/algorithmic implementations.
- Experience with AWS serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple initiatives.
