About the Role
As a Front Desk Receptionist - Float, you will create a positive first impression for patients, schedule appointments, collect payments, and ensure all patient paperwork is accurate and complete. You will also assist with the Phreesia registration system and may need to travel to other sites as required.
About You
Required:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, and CPT-4 Codes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
