You will also present financial policies to patients and track appointments to manage no-shows and cancellations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Dependable with skills in quality control for financial information and insurance verification.
Preferred:
- 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience.
- Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office programs.
