About the Role
As a Founding Marketer, you will be responsible for end-to-end content marketing, creating educational courses, building a community of growth marketers, collaborating with data science and product teams, and defining the brand narrative. This role is critical as all revenue has come from inbound leads, and the company aims to enhance this strategy.
About You
Required:
- 5-7+ years of experience in content, brand, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable pipeline.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong product and audience perspective.
- Interest in the intersection of AI, search, and growth.
- Ability to build marketing systems and strategies from scratch.
Preferred:
- Experience leading growth or brand marketing in a high-growth B2B startup.
- Familiarity with modern SEO and AI trends.
- Experience in building courses, educational content, and community.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150K-$170K with on-target earnings of $170K–$190K/year (bonus tied to marketing outcomes).
