Summary
Payflow is seeking a Founding BDR to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves generating pipeline, engaging with leads, and participating in conferences and webinars to drive revenue growth.
About the Role
As a Founding BDR, you will work closely with the CEO to manage high-input outbound activities, develop customized outreach cadences, analyze and iterate on outbound approaches, and collaborate on inbound activities. You will also participate in product discussions to maintain a feedback loop between potential customers and the product roadmap.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years in a BDR/SDR role, including at least 1 year at a tech startup.
- Consistently exceeded quota in previous roles.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach, lead generation and enrichment tools, as well as CRM systems.
- Firm understanding of key prospecting metrics.
- Proven ability to build or refine sales workflows.
Preferred:
- Ability to understand deep, complex problems from a customer conversation.
- You love learning about tech and AI.
- Experience with corporate finance is a plus, but not required.
