About the Role
As a Form & Weld Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to form and weld various metals around cable. Your daily tasks will include selecting and setting up tools, observing equipment during operation, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean work area. You will also be required to perform normal operating maintenance on equipment and document workcenter activities.
About You
Required:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with measuring and squaring tools.
- Some welding experience to perform repairs on metal sheaths.
Preferred:
- Experience operating Form & Weld machines.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and documentation.
