Summary
Kellanova is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Cary, NC. The role involves supporting the shipping and receiving process during the night shift.
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for selecting finished products for customer orders, preparing shipping procedures, conducting sanitation inspections, verifying shipping accuracy, scheduling shipments, and learning WMS systems on forklifts. This position requires working overnight from 5pm to 5am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off.
About You
Required:
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
- No more than one forklift-related violation or property damage within one year.
Preferred:
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with WMS systems.
