About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe movement of parts to designated areas, ensuring accurate part identification and delivery, completing preventative maintenance on equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and adhering to safety regulations. You will also need to be flexible in working with other departments and may be assigned additional duties as required.
About You
Required:
- Must have a forklift license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience safely operating a forklift or similar equipment.
Preferred:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Ability to use and understand AS400.
- Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure, and read calipers.
