About the Role
As a Foreman - Pavement Marking, you will lead a highway striping crew, assign work, navigate to job sites, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure compliance with DOT guidelines. You will also monitor operations for safety, record daily job information, and educate laborers on proper techniques and equipment use.
About You
Required:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Previous crew management experience in the paving industry.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks for criminal record, driving record, and controlled substance/drug testing.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience working with mechanics.
- Good interpersonal and written skills.
Preferred:
- CDL Class B W/ Air Brake.
- ATSSA Certified Basic Flagger.
