About the Role
As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents for attorney review, ensuring timely responses to email correspondence, communicating with clients, providing status updates, and maintaining team documents. You will also draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in the foreclosure process and answer phone calls from prospective purchasers or lenders.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal domain.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys and outside parties.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with client and case management systems like Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, and Tempo.
- Experience with SCRA and proficiency with electronic databases.
- Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
