About the Role
As a Ford Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, managing service appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the service department. You will work closely with technicians and customers to provide accurate estimates and updates on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of automotive experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Previous dealership or independent shop experience as a Service Advisor, Writer, or in Customer Service.
