As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for executing quality craftsmanship at each job, prepping and installing flooring according to company procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and interacting with customers in a friendly manner. You will also need to understand the scope of work before arriving at the job site and ensure high-quality standards are met.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of flooring installation or general contracting experience.
- Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly.
Preferred:
- Experience with various flooring types and installation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills.
