About the Role
As a Float Pool PCT 7P, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with admission, transfer, discharge, and general patient care duties. Your daily tasks will include observing and reporting patient concerns, recording vital signs, assisting in personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also prepare patients for examinations and communicate with nursing staff regarding patient needs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
- Current WV Certified Nursing Assistant Certification or completion of hospital-based certification program.
Preferred:
- Prior patient care experience.
