Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, coordinating with Business and Finance Shared Services, processing deposit transmittal forms, resolving vendor billing discrepancies, and supporting faculty and staff with financial documentation. You will also monitor and reconcile monthly financial statements, prepare order and travel requests, and assist with scholarship payment requests. Additional duties include auditing travel expenditures, maintaining transaction logs, and producing professional documents.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field with 0-2 years of fiscal related work experience.
