As a First Line Leader - Paper Machine, you will be responsible for conducting daily safety meetings, facilitating training, managing crew accountability, and ensuring effective communication between management and crew members. You will also participate in incident investigations, manage resources efficiently, and assess training needs to promote teamwork and safety.
About You
Required:
- Five (5) years of supervision experience in a manufacturing facility or an engineering degree.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- A degree in Chemical, Paper, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in a paper manufacturing area.
- Proficient with Microsoft and SAP Applications.
