About the Role
As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems with minimal supervision. You will diagnose and evaluate systems requiring servicing, troubleshoot issues, and install fire alarm equipment. The position requires interaction with customers, contractors, and vendors in a professional manner, and focuses on servicing industrial customers/projects in the Northwest Florida Panhandle.
About You
Required:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience, training, or education in the inspection, installation, maintenance, programming, and repair of fire alarm and detection systems.
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses.
- Ability to satisfy Government, Federal, and Customs background check requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience or training with a variety of fire alarm systems (Notifier, Fire-lite, Silent Knight, etc.)
