About the Role
As a Fire Alarm & Security Technician, you will be responsible for working with various fire alarm and security systems, using tools and test equipment to repair or replace components, and ensuring compliance with fire alarm codes and standards. You will also communicate with customers, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on technology and standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience, specifically in Fire Alarm.
- NICET Level 1 Fire Alarm Certification.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- NICET or state specific certification.
- 2 years of professional computer skills.
- 2 years using business intelligence systems, Sage 300 CRE, or similar.
